Head Technican, Licensed Veterinary Technician
Jessica is an LVT and has worked with animals since 1999. Working in the animal care field presents many challenges, but Jess enjoys them all and likes the satisfaction of seeing patients recover from illness. Her industry specialization lies within dentistry and she attends continued education classes to obtain the latest skills for dentistry.
As a native to the San Juan Islands, she is an avid fisher and has been featured with her catches in outdoor magazines in the past. Outside of work, Jess enjoys watching movies and sports, both live and televised. She especially likes going for walks with her dogs, Inca and Daphne. She also shares her home with the sweetest three legged cat named Turtle.
Hospital Manager, Licensed Veterinary Technician
Kelly started her career in the Veterinary field in 2006 and obtained her Veterinary Technician credentials in 2008. Her interest in the Veterinary field began as a child with her dog Missy. Missy was always there to show her unconditional love.
Kelly has worked in general practice and cardiology and has a very strong passion for surgery and caring for elderly patients. She shares her home with her furry friends, Jasper a Golden Retriever and Koda a Beagle mix. Kelly enjoys hiking, reading, movies and spending time with her children. She feels very fortunate to be part of such a great team here at Madison Park Veterinary Hospital and looks forward to creating positive experiences for both owners and their pets.
Jill is a Veterinary Technician who has been in her career field for 16 years. Jill enjoys meeting new clients and patients and loves making sure all your pets are happy and healthy. Jills passion for animals goes back to having cats and dogs her whole life. As she says, "there's nothing like the happy welcome you get from a pet coming home!"
When not at work Jill enjoys family time, painting, and exploring Seattle. Being from South Carolina there's so much to discover here in the Pacific North West. Unlike many of us Jill also loves the rain here. She also loves spending time with her pet children Fernie who is a lab/pit mix, daisy a lab, Grady a Jack Russell Terrier and three cats, Monkey, Willie and Stinky.
Joy is a Biology graduate from UW. Her love of animals dates back to age 6 when she adopted her first kitten, Keiko. Throughout her high school and college career, Joy has volunteered in multiple animal-related organizations and has especially enjoyed working with our state's wildlife. As a Seattle native, Joy enjoys hikes and the beautiful scenery of the Pacific Northwest
Deana has been working in Veterinary medicine for about 10 years now. She has worked in general practice, emergency and exotics. She's known from a very young age her passion for the care of animals. She gets them, and they seem to get her. Outside of work Deana loves to cook, bake and craft with her friends and family. Getting out and exploring is a weekly must! Rachel has been in the veterinary field for 8 years, but has worked with a wide variety of animals, from sea creatures during her attendance at Hawaii Pacific University where she received her degree in Marine biology, to eagles and large cats. Although she's enjoyed her experiences, small animal care has proved her favorite and this year she plans on continuing her education to obtain her Veterinary Technician License.>
When not at work, Rachel loves spending free time with her three four-legged kids Cowboy, a 12 year old one eyed, Ladybug, a 7 year old Pit/Mastiff mix and Dublin a 17 week old Golden Retriever. Sunny afternoons are usually spent with Ladybug showing off her soccer skills at their favorite dog park on Whidbey Island or at the beach where Cowboy loves nothing more than jumping off the dock and swimming to shore. When not with her dogs, she also enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and exploring Washington's natural wonders.
Veterinary Assistant, Kennel Technician
Erin is a recent graduate from the University of Washington, studying Biochemistry and Spanish. She has always been passionate for animals and is planning on applying to vet school this year. In the past, she has worked as a volunteer at an animal assisted horseback therapy center in Colorado, and at the Feral Cat Spay and Neuter Project in Lynnwood, Washington. In her free time, Erin enjoys sports of all kinds including ice hockey, rock climbing, and yoga!
Head of Reception
Nancy has been in veterinary medicine since 2014. She has worked as a custom art framer as well as a veterinary assistant receptionist. Her interests in the animal world are broad, spanning from marine creatures to our every day dog and cat companions. Outside of work Nancy is an artist and floral designer and loves to travel, cook, and be outdoors.
Anya is new to the medical field but has five years of customer service experience. Her passion for animals goes back to when she was four years old growing up with Labrador Retrievers and two cats in high school. She plans on going to school and obtaining her Veterinary Assistant Certificate. Anya enjoys spending time with her three fur children Oliver Hemingway who is a Boxer mix and two cats, Benji and Prince. Outside of work she enjoys road trips, spending time with family, discovering new food joints and thrifting.
